The Factory's troop carrier: a plucked carcass the size of a car, walking on its own drumsticks. Three hundred and twenty health, and room inside for six infantry — anything off the Barracks floor except the Flesh Ogre, which does not fit. Loaded, it is the fastest way to put a squad of Meat Zombies on top of something, and at 3.4 it outpaces both the zombies and the Meat Tank.

It can fight a bit too, spitting bursts of three bone pellets (seven damage each, triple against infantry, six metre range). Good for clearing a few zombies before you unload.

The chicken also swims. Deep blood or water that blocks other ground units, it just paddles across, a bit slower than on land. It only takes passengers on land, and an unload ordered afloat paddles to the nearest shore first. That makes it the meat faction's answer to a map with blood or water on it.

Watch out when it's loaded: if it dies, some of the passengers die with it, and if it dies in deep liquid they all drown.

Barracks

The cheapest thing the Barracks will grow, this cheap melee unit makes up the bulk of the Meat faction rank and file.

Fifty meat, a second and a half, sixty-five health. It hits at arm's length for ten damage and it dies to more or less anything that shoots back.

Fourteen of them cost one Meat Tank, and fourteen bodies is a wall. They tarpit, they body-block and get in front of something big.

The Factory's main battle tank, and the thing you'll build most of. Two hundred and forty health, twenty-eight damage every two seconds, and a range of 10 metres, far enough to be hitting something before it is being hit by anything on legs.

When one dies it comes apart into three to six chunks of what it was made of, and those are harvestable. A tank you killed is meat on the ground, and whoever gets a harvester there first claims it.

Seven intestine tentacles. Throws infantry up to 5 metres across the battlefield breaking up swarms and damaging them in the process.

It can also grab vehicles: three arms wrap round and squeeze, slowing it right down so your other units can catch up and finish it off.

The downside: it's slow. At 2.8 it can't even keep up with a Meat Tank.
